Privacy Policy

MarketForge is an autonomous AI marketing platform operated by ROLLerUP Solutions Inc. ("MarketForge", "we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use MarketForge, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, company name, and password hash when you create a MarketForge account.

Connected-service data. When you connect a marketing service to your workspace (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, or WordPress), we store the authorization tokens you grant and access the data needed to operate the features you enable — such as campaign settings, performance metrics, audience statistics, and lead records.

Usage information. Log data about how the platform is used (request identifiers, timestamps, feature activity) for security auditing and reliability.

How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate MarketForge on your behalf: planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns you configure; measuring their performance; routing leads into your CRM; and notifying you of results and items awaiting your approval. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising to anyone other than running the campaigns you direct.

Google user data

Where you connect a Google account, MarketForge accesses Google Ads and Google Analytics data only to provide the features you enable — reading campaign performance, managing the campaigns you approve, and measuring website conversions. MarketForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising purposes outside the campaigns you direct, and never transferred except as necessary to provide the platform's features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

Storage and security

Data is stored in managed, access-controlled databases. Authorization tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest. Transport is encrypted with TLS. Access is limited to what each workspace's users are entitled to see, and state-changing actions are audit-logged.

Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your workspace is active. You may disconnect any connected service at any time, which revokes our access, and you may request deletion of your workspace and its data by contacting us. Connected-service tokens are deleted when the connection is removed.
