Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MarketForge, an autonomous AI marketing platform operated by ROLLerUP Solutions Inc. ("MarketForge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

The service

MarketForge plans, creates, and executes marketing activity on your behalf across the channels you connect — including advertising platforms, analytics, CRM, email, and social publishing. Actions that spend money or publish content are gated behind approval controls you configure; you are responsible for the campaigns, budgets, and content you approve.

Your account and connections

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. When you connect third-party services, you confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and your use of those services remains subject to their own terms — including Google's and Meta's advertising policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use MarketForge to send spam, publish unlawful or deceptive content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or of connected services.

Fees

Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed as described at purchase. Advertising spend on connected platforms is charged by those platforms directly to your accounts and is separate from MarketForge fees.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using MarketForge and disconnect services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
